Dental Assisting

The primary objective of the Dental Assisting program at Chattanooga College is to build competencies and skills necessary for entry-level positions in the medical field as a Dental Assistant. The student will have hands-on training and practical job-related experiences. Secondary objectives of the program include updating general education and refresher training. The Dental Assisting program includes an unpaid day externship. Students must obtain CPR, First Aid & Safety Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
